Community Grants

2024 Community Grants Have Been Awarded!

We are proud to announce that we have awarded grants to 8 local agencies to support their palliative care, end-of-life and/or bereavement projects totaling $40,000.

Friends of Hospice is proud to support local organizations through our annual Community Grants Program. Each spring, we invite nonprofits to apply for grants of up to $5,000 to fund projects that align with our mission of supporting end-of-life care, palliative care, and bereavement services. This initiative fosters collaboration with agencies dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for individuals and families during critical times. Together, we can make a meaningful impact in our community.
